Rockmount area

The Sunday walk was in the Rockmount area and I found myself driving. It was supposed to be a short day but it ended up with a long scenic drive past Little Egypt and down to MaMa Creek before climbing a peak on Silver Pinch Road then heading home into the setting sun. I like this area close to Toowoomba but I felt somewhat victimised by poor planning. I was shattered for the next day or so by all the driving. We did however find a nice pair of creeks to walk - kindly offered by a passing landowner while we were having morning tea beside a road.
